BURGESS MODEL OF CHICAGO

This is a Burgges model applied to the city of Chicago. This model is based on the idea that land values are highest in the center of a town or city. In the center of this map, we can find the loop (downtown). Next we can see the Factory Zone. In yellow we can observe the transition Zone. Then, the working class zone in green and the residential zone in purple finally.
